    Today was the being of Basketball Offseason! OO no it was no walk in the park!!! We ran a totally of 45 down and back/sprints. Then we had to work on quickness and do cones! Then we did dots we started at 6 times then 3, and finally 1! It was soo hard, but I was just glad to be doing basketball stuff!! Then on with the work out, after we did all that we did 1 set of 10 bleachers. Then rapid step-ups on the bleachers, and jump ups. That all worked the calf muscle and legs. Then we lifted weights, and 3 sets of 15 push-ups and I did 100 sit-ups(we were only suppose to do 50 but I'm a work out freak) So it felt soo good to finally run basketball drills again!!! But I feel soo soo sick!! But God Bless Yall That read this!!!

    well so i was watching Idol Gives Back and when Carrie came on it was so great. When she was singing I'll Stand By You it left me speechless. And when she started crying, like ok i NEVER cry im not playing, like tears were coming to my eyes it was sooo touching. AWWW I FREAKIN' LOVE YOU CARRIE!!! GOD BLESS YOU CARRIE!!!

    No i'm not in trouble and yes im in the army which means i'm even more of a badass than i already was. hahaa i know play on came out a long time ago but we are basically in prison and have no phones, computers, ipods or freedom haha so as soon as i got picked up from the airport i had it playing in the car and i loooove it. i did try and call you last night... i might have been under the influence of tequila haha but i still wanted to talk to you and catch up. and are u sure u still want red walls in that room?? are u even still sure you want that bedroom at all?? lol

    o that stinks!! i mean, i love basketball and all but yeah....lol. no i didn't go because my dad and sister were in washington d.c. but we r gonna go next year hopefully!!

    yeah it does suck, but ive been doing some hardcore shooting drills and stuff to get ready to play again. haha yeah my team just started summer league last week. did u go to nashville?
